It has been said that, “how one handles success or failure is determined by their early childhood.” Everything that we experience or may have done in childhood can give us a glimpse of what we can be when we become older.
Only thing that’s constant in this world is change. If before, height doesn’t matter, well it does now. From job application, to auditions, to being involved with romantic relationships. Height is now a requirement. This is one good reason why people who were blessed with less height are looking for ways on how to become taller, or at least look taller.
If you are a parent of a kid who’s shorter than the normal height of his peers, you may have seen your child whine as he is always being bullied by his playmates or being called names. We don’t want this to continuously happen as he grows older.
As a concerned parent, we will look up for ways which can be beneficial to our kids. If the issue is something about dealing with peer pressure, then so be it. If this involves issues with our kid’s physique, then we’ll sure come up with something else. Parents’ efforts are of great help to the growth and development of a child.
It is vital in this stage that parents teach their children with ways on how to become healthy hence, taller. You can instill in them that eating healthy foods, performing regular exercise, and getting a complete sleep is a very important part of growing. If your child is the type who’d rather play with his Lego than play around with his playmates, convince him to join a sports activity that can make his body more active.
Show good examples and be a role model to your children. If they see that you’re into healthy living, they’ll follow what they see. Keep away from unhealthy habits that can be detrimental not only to your health but of your child’s as well.
Consult a specialist if needed. They can give you best advices on how you can contribute to healthy growth of your child.
